Responsibilities
- Can perform guest and supplies inventory.
- Completing all opening, closing and hygiene checklists.
- Ensure that reservations of the day match the dining set-up per table.
- Complete mis en place before, during and after operations.
- Ensure all table set ups are sanitized and complete.
- Take guests food and drink orders according to operational standards, ensuring accuracy of item ordered and guests preferences when communicated, and up‑selling whenever possible.
- Memorize menu, daily specials and monthly promotions.
- Deliver orders promptly from the kitchen or bar and observe the proper ordering procedures.
- Inspect all items before serving, for appearance and temperature.
- Assist in clearing tables as necessary.
- Ensure all hygiene standards and procedures.
