F&B Server

We are looking for a competent Server to take and deliver orders. You'll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences. Your responsibilities include assist customers by providing menus and information about specials, taking food orders, and ensuring that orders are received by kitchen staff and prepared according to the customer's specifications. You are expected to check in with customers to find out if they are happy with their service and meals.

THE JOBSCOPE

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Inform customers about the day's specials
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
