The Assistant Manager/Manager – F&B Sales is responsible for maximizing food and beverage revenue by promoting restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services. The role focuses on proactive sales, client relationship management, and seamless coordination with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive F&B revenue through corporate events, social functions, weddings, conferences, and outdoor catering
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and wedding planners
