f&b Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations of our Kerala restaurant. You'll lead the service team, ensure great customer experience, and support kitchen & service excellence.
Responsibilities:

Manage F&B service, staff training, and customer satisfaction

Handle reservations, orders, billing, and customer feedback

Work with the chef on menu planning, pricing, and inventory

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with Singapore laws

Drive sales and improve restaurant performance

Requirements:

2-3+ years F&B experience (Indian restaurant preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Fluent in English Malayalam a plus
