Job Description
This is an operational, guest-facing role for a passionate, driven hospitality professional who leads from the front and takes pride in delivering consistently exceptional food quality and dining experiences. This is not an office-based position; the successful candidate will be present on the floor, working alongside their team and engaging meaningfully with guests throughout every service period. Core Criteria:
Strong kitchen management experience in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or high-end hospitality environment
Proven experience managing food quality, presentation, consistency, and kitchen systems
Experience with procurement, stock control, supplier management, and food cost control
Sound knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and guest preferences
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a kitchen team
