A luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sand, Mpumalanga, is seeking an experienced, hands-on FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER to join its team.
This is an operational, guest-facing role for a passionate, driven hospitality professional who leads from the front and takes pride in delivering consistently exceptional food quality and dining experiences. This is not an office-based position; the successful candidate will be present on the floor, working alongside their team and engaging meaningfully with guests throughout every service period.

- Strong kitchen management experience in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or high-end hospitality environment
- Proven experience managing food quality, presentation, consistency, and kitchen systems
