Job Description

This is an operational, guest-facing role for a driven hospitality professional who leads from the front and takes genuine pride in delivering consistently high food and beverage standards. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing all aspects of the F&B operation, from daily service oversight to staff development and cost control, in a live-in environment.

Core Criteria:
  • Proven experience in an F&B Manager or senior F&B leadership role within a lodge, hotel, or hospitality establishment
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards across all meal periods
  • Solid understanding of stock control, procurement, supplier management, and food cost control
  • Sound knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and guest preferences
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
