  • Knowledge of computer programs (excel, word, POS system)
  • Ability to host events and functions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of costing and cost control
  • Knowledge of scheduling and human management
  • Able to work on-call, shifts after hours, over weekends
  • Knowledge of bartending and bar management
  • Able to assist in designing two restaurant renovations to maximize efficiency and workflow
