This is a contract, on-site role for a Food Beverage Controller based in Míkonos. The role involves overseeing and managing cost control processes, including menu pricing, inventory management, and expense tracking for food and beverage operations. The Food Beverage Controller will prepare and analyze financial reports, assist in budgeting, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining quality. Collaboration with the kitchen, service staff, and other departments will be an integral part of the role to ensure financial objectives are met.
