Hotel & Conference Centre in Durbanville seeks a practical, hands-on Food & Beverage Controller / Team Leader to oversee day-to-day control of the food and beverage operation.
You will manage stock, purchasing, costing and wastage, keep records, and lead kitchen, restaurant and takeaway teams. A hotel-school qualification is required, with at least 2 years’ F&B control experience; Excel, Pastel and POS literacy are essential.
