:We are looking for an experienced F&B Central Kitchen Manager, to oversee the daily operations of our company’s kitchen staff, including but not limited to supervising food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory levels.
Job Responsibilities
•Oversee all aspects of the production activities in the central kitchen.
• Implement and enforce quality control measure for all food production.
• Control and manage food cost to ensure sustainable profit margins.
• Determine and improve efficiency and effectiveness of production sections, as well as monitor production progress and follow-up on the delivery schedule.
• Prepare monthly production reports.
• Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures for central kitchen.
