  • To consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
  • To demonstrate a complete understanding of the outlet’s Policies & Procedures and Service Standards
  • To have full knowledge of the Menu, Beverage lists in the outlet and outdoor catering locations and all other promotions taking place at the Hotel.
  • Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. 
  • Assist Guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • To follow all of safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage in the hotel and outdoor catering venues.
  • To consistently offer professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with local occupational health and safety legislation
