F&B Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented F&B Assistant to support daily food and beverage operations at our outlet in Tune KLIA2, Sepang. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Take orders accurately and process payments (cash/card/e-wallet).
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to SOP and hygiene standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining area, service counters, and equipment.
• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
• Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
