Operational Excellence- Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure opening, operating, and closing procedures are executed consistently across all outlets and service areas.
- Conduct regular operational walkthroughs to identify and rectify service, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House, Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venue.
- Monitor staffing levels and labour productivity to support operational efficiency.
- Lead by example through an active and consistent presence on the restaurant floor during service.
