  • Manage software version upgrades and patch updates for ZTE CS Core nodes, ensuring systems are current and secure.

  • Provide second-level support for GSM, UMTS, and LTE ZTE equipment, focusing on configuration, operations, and surveillance.

  • Implement and generate network configuration scripts to streamline Configuration Management processes.

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to meet service level agreements and minimize mean time to recovery (MTTR).
