Job Description

The Mission:
As our FATP Process Engineer, you are the final guardian of product quality. You will own the end-to-end assembly process—from the first component marriage to the final packaged box. You will be responsible for stabilizing the assembly line, optimizing cycle times, and ensuring that every unit shipped meets our rigorous global standards.

Key Responsibilities


1. Assembly & Test Optimization


  • Line Balancing: Analyze FATP workflows to optimize station cycle times, eliminate bottlenecks, and maximize Units Per Hour (UPH).




  • Technical Integration: Conduct process analysis based on product architecture to ensure seamless assembly and testing sequences.
