SUMMARY:
Rustenburg area – North West : The Farm Manager is responsible for the full operational, financial and strategic management of cherry production. This includes ensuring optimal orchard performance, efficient resource use, compliance with all regulatory standards and delivering high-quality fruit aligned with market requirements.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Agricultural Management advantageous 3-5 Years experience in Farm/Production Management Experience in Stone Fruit advantageous Computer literate Valid driver's license DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Agricultural and Orchard Management Fertigation, Soil and Nutritional Management DC Tech and Infrastructure Harvest Management Labour Management Financial Management and Reporting Compliance and Certifications Irrigation and Water Management Administration and Reporting General Duties
