Farm Operations Assistant

DATA COLLECTION & REPORTING:

  • Producing and updating various reports and information and collecting data from production teams.
  • Managing data traffic and preparing the data for necessary presentations.
  • Writing the rules set by the farm operation teams in standard operation procedures formats.

    • PROCUREMENT:

  • In coordination with production farms, preparing documentation regarding product specs, quality, and quantities.
  • Inputting all data to the procurement tool.
  • Organizing the logistics of all purchased goods to production farms.
  • Organizing vehicle maintenance schedules.

    • ADMIN SUPPORT FOR FARMS:

  • Coordinating and organizing all meetings for production farms.
  • Considering the biosecurity policies, coordinating and assisting suppliers' movements between production farms.
