Job details

Salary: $19.50 hourly / 35 hours per week.

Terms of employment: Term or contract, Full time.

Start date: September 30, 2026. End date: January 15, 2028.

Work location: Must be on site. No remote work.

Responsibilities

• Organize tasks to accomplish the work
• Negotiate with clients for provision of services
• Co‑ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Ensure farm safety and bio‑security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Maintain work records and logs
• Hire and train staff
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
