The role offers a competitive R45 000 CTC with housing, a farming vehicle, pension fund, and medical aid. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ farm management experience, a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, and proficiency in Afrikaans. Stone fruit farming experience is highly valued, with strong leadership and daily operations oversight required.
