FARM MANAGER

Minimum Requirements A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field; 7–10 years’ practical experience in managing agricultural crop production and primary processing (fruit, field crops, or similar – experience with rooibos not required); Experience in the management of hospitality/accommodation/adventure-tourism (in addition to practical farming experience); Good mechanical understanding and skills relating to general farm maintenance and irrigation systems; Good computer literacy (MS Office and general farming software); Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken); Valid driver's license (including a truck driver's license and PDP); Must be physically healthy to perform the duties as required.
