Farm Assistant

What you will do:

• Assist in daily farm activities: seeding, nursery care, transplanting, harvesting, and packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across farm areas according to food safety SOPs.
• Perform routine checks on crop health and report abnormalities to the Farm Executive.
• Assist in equipment cleaning, sanitisation, and simple maintenance task.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow from production to delivery.
• Every quarter will have the chance to rotate to new task.
• Assist any adhoc task assigned by Farm Executive.

Qualification:

• Minimum education Diploma/SPM/STPM
• Experience in farming, greenhouse work, or F&B production is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn CEA systems.
• Able to perform physical tasks and work in a structured environment.
• Team player with a positive work attitude.
