Job Description We are hiring a part-time Farm Assistant at TILL Farms in Westborough. This is a unique farming and teaching opportunity for someone who wants to work in the fields and support our farmer interns, who have autism or learning differences. You'll perform typical farming responsibilities – preparing soil, planting, harvesting, equipment upkeep – and lead and educate individuals and small groups about farming practices.
