Warwickshire County Council's Children with Disabilities Team is seeking a Family Support Workers to join our Review Hub on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and nurturing team, supporting disabled children, young people and their families across all levels of statutory social care. We are committed to helping children and young people achieve the best possible outcomes, building on their strengths and supporting them to maximise their independence.
