Family Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join my clients award winning firm in their Gillingham, Kent offices.

Responsibilities

• Family law matters including separation, divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Children matters
• Domestic abuse and domestic violence injunctions
• TOLATA claims
• Drafting legal documentation including Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements
• Meeting with clients in office meeting rooms and/or remotely, as required
• Financial control, with particular regard to cash flow through the collection of monies on account and adherence to billing procedures
• Providing assistance to other fee earners within the office or Firm as required, particularly during periods of sickness and/or other absence
• Minimising risk in dealing with all work and ensuring that all files are managed in accordance with the Firm's risk management ...
