Your new role

As a Family Practitioner you will be working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support families whose parenting and family life are impacted by mental health challenges and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) use.

You will provide family-focused, strengths-based support, responding to social, emotional, and practical needs while facilitating connections to the right services at the right time.

Through strong engagement, partnership, and advocacy, you will contributes to improved outcomes for children, parents, and families within the community.
