Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - Chicago, IL

Shifts: Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm)

Specialty: Primary Care

Requirements:

  • RN, NP, or PA license in Illinois,
  • Master's degree,
  • CPR certification,
  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing comprehensive primary care services, including preventative, acute, and chronic care, diagnostic evaluations, treatments, consultations, and patient education.
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with electronic health records, and excellent communication skills,
