Key Responsibilities

Family Practice - Walk-In Practice

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals
• Provide preventative healthcare services, including health screenings, immunizations and wellness counselling.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, allied healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion and lifestyle management
• Stay current with advancements in family medicine, clinical guidelines and best practices
