Family Physician - Rosetown/Elrose/Eston

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a family physician to provide physician services in the and Rosetown Primary Care Centre located in the Town of Rosetown.

Physicians practicing in Rosetown will also provide support to the satellite clinics in Elrose and Eston. This modern, efficient office uses an electronic health record (Accuro) and provides initial comprehensive assessments, care and follow up to Rosetown area residents. The physician will be expected to work with other care providers such as nurse practitioners, community services and facility staff. The Physician may be required to provide visiting services to nearby Elrose which includes clinic duties as well as overseeing care of long-term care patients. Physicians have the opportunity for inpatient care for their patients. The physician will also be required to participate in the ER on-call rotation.
