Make a difference as a Family Development Practitioner with Accredited Supports to the Community in Wheatland County. Provide essential parenting support to families with young children facing developmental challenges.

This full-time position focuses on guiding families with children from prenatal to age six. You will help parents understand milestones and empower them in tackling modern parenting challenges. Your non-judgmental approach will facilitate effective communication and advocacy for children's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage case activities confidentially and professionally
• Schedule and participate in home visits
• Deliver coaching on physical and emotional development
• Help families navigate assessments and referrals
• Support caregivers in advocating for their children
