Job Summary:

The Family-Based Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Family-Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) program across multiple county offices. This role includes, but is not limited to, personnel management, administrative oversight, and ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. The Director provides clinical and administrative leadership to staff, ensuring service delivery aligns with program standards and regulatory mandates.
