The internship at Meadowbank Complex offers students hands‑on experience supporting an Electrical Engineer in the Energy and Infrastructure Department. The role focuses on project execution, compliance with electrical engineering standards, and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in electrical projects such as optimization of the powerhouse, modification of the electrical system, energy savings, and related tasks.
• Support the Project Coordinator in project execution and new electrical installations.
• Ensure engineering standards for labeling equipment and drawings with proper locations.
• Support the Powerhouse and Electrical crew in daily operations.
• Update and create electrical drawings (single line, wiring diagrams, general arrangement) using AutoCAD.
• Track energy consumption (electrical and fuel) and conduct power analysis (dat...
