Become an AI Coach & Adoption Specialist Intern this Fall 2024, supporting employees in incorporating AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude into their workflows.
Working with the AI Transformation Office, this role is focused on promoting AI fluency from September through December. You'll be responsible for providing coaching, developing training resources, and advocating for adoption among staff. By monitoring tool use and collecting feedback, you will enhance how employees leverage AI for daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main resource for AI tool assistance • Create and implement micro-training for staff • Analyze feedback and monitor AI usage trends • Guide hands-on AI application in tasks • Advise on safe and responsible AI use policies
