The nominated Risk and Opportunity Manager is responsible for managing risk and opportunities relevant to the accountable Manager’s business. The role covers the entire context, including the business with its operational work and executed processes.

• Act in the spirit of the Airbus Group Policy CDS-009 ‘Enterprise Risk Management’ and perform the following activities:
• Establish context and prepare the ROM plan.
• Schedule, initiate, manage with ROM stakeholders and execute ROM process activities (according to Figure 1).
