  • The nominated Risk and Opportunity Manager is responsible to manage risk and opportunities which are relevant to the accountable Manager’s business.
  • It shall cover the whole context, at least the business with its operational work and executed processes.
  • Establish the context and prepare the ROM plan
  • Schedule, initiate, manage with ROM stakeholders and execute ROM process activities (according to Figure 1)
  • Clarify accountabilities (especially: R/O owner, R/O response action owner)
  • Promote an anticipation and ROM‑oriented mind‑set
  • Special focus: Close follow‑up of successful execution of risk treatment actions
