Job Summary:

  • Customer compalin handling。
  • Failure analysis for failure parts in customer side。

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as communication window to OEM customer or SQW(E-mail/Meeting).
  • Guide SQW for onsite failure analysis at OEM plant(Data).
  • Lead failure analysis at RBCW/QMM lab(Physical Part).
  • Maintain information in BOSCH claim management system(I-QIS system).
  • Regular share RBCW analysis result with German plant(CMS system).
  • Regular summarize analysis result and monitor Q Statistics(K.P.I.).

Qualifications

  • BS in electrical or mechanical related.
  • Master in Vehicle engineering or related.
  • >3 years experienced in related failure analysis or product testing area of electrical product.
  • >5 years experienced for the electrical products in Automotive industry.
