We are seeking a dedicated professional to troubleshoot, debug, and analyze customer devices during the nd shift. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware issues.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and determine root cause at multiple system levels for customer devices. Analyze circuits and topologies to identify marginal failure root causes.

  • Repair failing devices and recommend corrective actions.

  • Monitor ongoing reliability tests (ORT) and reliability demonstration tests (RDT), reporting any issues.

  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to investigate hardware issues down to the component level.

  • Document procedures and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
