Failure Analysis

Key Responsibilities

1.     Lead and manage daily Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability (REL) operations to support production, customer issues, and qualification activities.

2.     Act as the technical authority for FA/REL, providing guidance on failure mechanisms, test methods, and reliability risks.

3.     Interface directly with customers on FA/REL topics, including failure reviews, root cause discussions, and technical alignment.

4.     Ensure FA/REL equipment capability, calibration, maintenance, and readiness to meet customer and volume requirements.

5.     Plan and prioritize FA/REL activities to meet turnaround time (TAT), customer commitments, and internal escalation needs.

6.     Coordinate with engineering, quality, process, and manufacturing teams to drive effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.

7.     Manage and qualify third-party laboratories for advanced FA/REL analyses not available internally.
