To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer – Power Electronics located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
This role is responsible for leading complex failure analysis activities on power electronics products (AC/DC, DC/DC, LLC topologies), driving root cause identification, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across NPI and high‐volume manufacturing.
The position plays a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, while developing diagnostic capabilities, processes, and technical expertise at the site level.
