Job Description
We are looking for a Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team.
# General Responsibilities
∙ Participates in the evaluation of the electrical and mechanical characteristics of systems and/or integrated circuits, components, sub-components and systems to determine the cause of failure, including the verification of analog and digital performance.
∙ Analyzes Overall fall outs from production trough usage methodologies like **8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone) diagrams, and FMEA.**
∙ Work with directly with Process development engineering , Quality, Production, and Suppliers to address failure issues and further improvements in supply chain or assembly process
∙ Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) and reliability testing. Analyze process failures and suggest improvements to reduce scrap rates and production downtime
