Perform failure analysis on devices, circuits, and characterization of packages, materials or components of customer returned parts and other internal requests.
Perform failure analysis on devices, circuits, and characterization of packages, materials or components of customer returned parts and other internal requests. Provide analytical assistance to process, product, NPI/NPD, and quality engineers or cross-functional team in the analysis of material, process and product-related problems. Initiate or develop improvements in 5S, Safety and FA process/methodologies. Document or update applicable specification. Generate a comprehensive technical report. Interface and collaborate with other FA laboratory sites or cross-functional team for the analysis results and review.
