Embark on a vital role as the Faculty Administration Coordinator at the University of Alberta’s College of Health Sciences. This in-person position supports finance and HR operations, enhancing the faculty experience.
As the primary administrative support under the Faculty General Manager, you will navigate finance and HR processes for Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation. With 2-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in numerous applications, you will assist in resolving issues and ensuring timely financial operations, from billing to cash deposits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on University Finance policies and procedures
• Generate financial reports for budget holders
• Manage petty cash requests and administration
