Job Description

The School of Business is seeking an accounting instructor for a short-term appointment as a leave replacement. This is for instruction in the Business Administration and Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting programs, to teach the following courses:

Fall 2026 term:

  • BUS 495 Performance Management

    • Winter 2027 term:

  • ADMN 257 Income Tax II

    • The successful candidate will join a team of accomplished business professionals in a fast-paced school environment. The courses are scheduled for in-person delivery at the Castlegar, BC campus.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person courses,

  • Provide instruction to students

  • Develop and deliver teaching strategies and assessments that meet course outcomes and promote learning

  • Evaluate students, including providing timely, constructive, and meaningful feedback to students
