Factory Operative

Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time factory operative to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in the heart of Kidderminster. 

The role: 

- Loading and unloading metal components in and out of machines 

- Machine operating to finish and produce metal car parts

- Hand and power tool use to assemble meta, products to standard

- Manual handling 

- Working individually and as a team to meet production targets 

The ideal candidate will be willing to learn engineering processes and be physically fit to perform duties. 

Hours of work + Pay : 

We currently have 2 shifts available. 

Rotational shift: 

Mon - Fri 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm - £13.85 per hour 

OR 

Nights: 

Sun - Fri 10pm-6am - £16.12 per hour 

Over time rates are available.
