Factory Manager

SUMMARY: A well-established specialist manufacturing and shopfitting company is seeking a Factory Manager to be responsible for leading and overseeing all manufacturing and production operations within the factory. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, cost management, staff leadership, and operational performance. The successful candidate will drive productivity and continuous improvement while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
