Job Description

  1. Must have 10-12 Years of Exp with experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Food Industry
  2. Must have exposure to greenfield/brownfield projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Demonstrated track record of managing complex production systems, and large workforce, driving operational excellence & achieving production targets.
  5. Familiaritywith problem-solving techniques viz. Fish Bone Analysis, Pareto analysis
  6. Experience in controlling Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and production costs is essential.
  7. Exposure to & experience in following one or more Food Safety Standard requirements viz. ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, or AIB is essential.
  8. Proficiencyin computer softwareapplications such as ERP systems,MS Office Suite, and manufacturing software is preferable.
