Factory Director

Job Description :

* Position based in Ben Tre. Accommodation is available for HCMC-based candidate.

• Manage production activities of the factory following the assigned targets based on the consistent business strategy and management system approved by BOM.
• Observe, control and support the operation performance of functional departments of the factory to ensure the company’s policies, regulations and system set up by BOM are followed.
• Periodically report to BOM about the results on production plan and management activities.
• Design and implement the next production plan and targets.
• Control production budget and costs appropriate to the management system of the factory.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics / Food chemistry
• Experience in Food-processing factory management
