The Factory Buyer will be part of the Sourcing & Procurement team, directly overseeing purchasing activities within the purchasing department. Key responsibilities include managing planned purchase orders, conducting stock counts, and maintaining inventory levels while addressing vendor inquiries promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee purchasing activities in the ERP system
• Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock counts
• Resolve delivery and invoice issues with vendors
• Expedite orders and monitor MRP planning parameters
• Support supplier performance and relationship management
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of industrial purchasing experience
• Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
