As a Founding AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — for Factorial IT. You’ll speak with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders to understand how they manage their people, devices, and SaaS tools today, and show them how Factorial can unify it all in one platform.
Depending on your profile and career goals, you’ll focus either on:
- New Business (new logos) – acquiring new customers
- Customer Expansion (existing customers) – upselling Factorial HR clients

This is a founding role in a new vertical inside Factorial. You’ll not only close deals but help define our playbook, sales narrative, and customer experience for Factorial IT. Your success will directly shape how we grow this business across Europe.
