Factorial AI Product Engineer (A Change Maker)

We're hiring an engineer to help us build AI into the core of our HR platform — not as a feature add-on, but as a fundamental part of how the product works.

What you'd actually do

You'd build AI-driven workflows that change how users interact with Factorial. This means designing systems where AI handles routine decisions while humans stay in control of judgment calls, creating evaluation frameworks so we know when our LLM features actually work, and building the underlying infrastructure that lets other teams ship AI features safely.

You'll own problems from start to finish: figuring out what to build, designing it, shipping it, then improving it based on what we learn.

We're using skill-based agents and protocols like MCP. You'd work closely with product, design, and engineering teams — and have real influence on how we hire and develop engineering talent going forward.
